Event Setup

The Rib Rally World Final is a week long full on nautical adventure at an exotic location somewhere in the world. For the last two years the waters of the Dutch Caribbean have been the host of this adrenaline filled week. This year, we have decided to leave the Caribbean behind and move the event to another spectacular location!

What does the World Final look like?

Instead of going to the Caribbean again, the Rib Rally World Final will move to the Middle East in 2010! The Rib Rally will be given a new dimension by visiting the Middle East. It is famous for its great culture, beautiful beaches and amazing waters. The Middle East is a group of countries with a completely different experience to all of them.

RIB Stages
The stages of this year’s Rib Rally - World Final, will be longer and tougher than last year’s. There will be one RIB stage per day and they will all vary in length. We are aiming at distances of 40-60NM for each stage.

Again 20 Identical Ribeye 785’s will be present and they will be piloted by crews from all over the world. With speeds close to 100 kilometers per hour, both man and machine will do their best to beat the elements and the competition!
