The Classes
During the European Tour, there are several classes in which a team can enter, all depending on whether they bring their own RIB and what kind of RIB it is. For the European Tour 2010, the following classes will be held, depending on the amount of participants in each:
| Class | RIB | Engine | Remark |
| Minor | 6 - 7,5 meters | 100 - 200 HP | |
| Major | 7,5 meters or more | 2, 3 or 4 | Also inboard RIBs |
| Ribeye 785 | Ribeye 785S LE | 250HP | Also classified in Kings Class |
| Kings Class | 7,5 - 9 meters | 200 - 350 HP |
The Ribeye class will only consist of the custom made Ribeye 785s LE, which is powered by the Yamaha F250 Outboard Engine. This amazing combination of RIB and Engine, makes a strong setup for the extreme waters that will be encountered during the Rib Rally Events. It also creates the perfect possibility for teams to join, even if they have not got their own RIB (yet), as it will be the ORR 785 Organization providing the RIBs and the full technical support.
