Dart Marina - UK

The Dart Marina Hotel & Spa is situated in one of the most breathtaking areas of the United Kingdom. After a big investment and renovation some years ago, the hotel now has both traditional rooms as well as modern decorated rooms. From every room guests have a great view of the river Dart which runs right in front of the hotel. The Dart Marina has its own spa which offers Rib Rally guests the possibility to relax and prepare for a tough day of rallying.

The hotel offers three great dining possibilities: The River Restaurant, The Wildfire Bar & Bistro and The Floating Bridge Pub. All three restaurants offer a wide variety of local seafood products. Fish and shellfish from the Dartmouth Quay and neighbouring town Brixham are well represented on the restaurant’s menus.

Head chef Mark Streeter has built a reputation by using local ingredients from the waters, lands and producers of the South Hams. Their absolute specialty is the excellent oysters which are bred in the crystal clear waters of Bigbury Bay. Next to the great restaurants, the Dart Marina also has its own spa. It holds a heated pool, a beauty salon, fitness room, steam room and well trained therapists. The spa is a great way to relax from the high seas and salty water.

The town of Dartmouth is at the hotel’s doorstep and is therefore easily accessible from the hotel. Dartmouth is a famous yachting centre with a long maritime history. The friendly town has windy streets line with small shops selling everything from canvas deck-buckets to fabulous seafood and fine art! Furthermore there are many beaches and of course the river Dart surrounding Dartmouth. The waters form a constant attraction to everyone.
